Downloading the recovered online file

Note:

• When recovering Microsoft PowerPoint files, it is not always possible to correctly add images and media files to the recovered presentation. All recovered media files and Excel tables are available in the archive in a separate folder. All recovered files can be added to the presentation manually after downloading.
• When recovering damaged Adobe Illustrator files, in some cases there will be 2 files in the downloadable archive: Adobe Illustrator and PDF document. The PDF document can be converted to an Adobe Illustrator project and used further in your work.
• After recovering Outlook Express DBX files, an archive with letters in EML format will be available for download. You can then import these letters into other email programs. You can also transfer these letters to a new folder in Outlook Express using drag & drop.
• If the original damaged Microsoft Access database was larger than 2 GB, an archive with several databases will be available for download. That is, the recovery service splits the recovered Microsoft Access data into several files so that their size does not exceed 2 GB.
